Hebatnya lagi, bensin sintetik ini harganya lebih murah dibandingkan dengan hasil tambang, hanya Rp 3.500 per liter (1,50 dolar AS per gallon).

Kelebihan lainnya, bisa langsung digunakan pada mesin bensin sekarang tanpa perubahan dan tidak menimbulkan emisi karbon. Nah, tentu saja bisa dibayangkan, harapan produsen mesin konvensional bisa hidup lagi setelah terancam oleh mobil listrik.

Bensin sintetik tersebut ditemukan oleh sebuah perusahaan asal Inggris, Cella Energy. Teknologinya dikembangkan dari material yang disebut disebut “complex hydrides”. “Kami telah mengembangkan bahan bakar mikro-butiran baru yang dapat digunakan pada mesin yang sebelumnya menggunakan bensin. Dapat digunakan tanpa harus memodifikasi mesin,” jelas Voller.

Ditambahkan, karena berasal dari hidrogen, proses pembakarannya tidak menghasilkan emisi karbon. Riset duntuk menemukan bensin ini ipimpin oleh Profesor Stephen Bennington, bekerjasama dengan para ilmuwan dari Universitas College London dan Universitas Oxford.

"Teknologi kami berasal dari material yang disebut “complex hydrides”, yaitu hidrogen. "Dia sudah sebulan ini sakit. Diagnosis awalnya sih tumor otak. Pokoknya sudah parah banget, lalu langsung dirawat di rumah sakit dan akhirnya baru ketahuan kalau kena kanker otak," ujar istri Epy, Karina Ranau, saat dihubungi via telepon, Jumat (7/1/2010).

Karina menjelaskan, awalnya Epy pusing dan panas tinggi. Karena mengira sakit biasa, Epy hanya meminum obat biasa dan tidak pergi ke dokter. Setelah tak kunjung sembuh dan kondisinya tambah parah, barulah Epy pergi ke dokter.

"Awalnya itu pusing-pusing, suhu badan tinggi dan muntah-muntah. Karena dipikirnya sakit biasa, jadi enggak ke dokter dan hanya di rumah saja. Setelah tambah parah, baru ke rumah sakit," tuturnya.

Dalam waktu satu bulan, pemeran Kang Dadang di sinetron Suami-Suami Takut Istri itu sudah dirawat di tiga rumah sakit berbeda. Namun, kondisi artis berusia 46 tahun itu tak kunjung membaik.

"Sebulan ini saja sudah tiga kali dirawat. Terakhir itu dirawat di Rumah Sakit Pasar minggu. Sebelumnya sempat dirawat di UGD selama dua hari namun nggak ada perubahan. Pernah juga dibawa ke dokter syaraf, lalu di-scan kepalanya. Waktu di Rumah Sakit Abdi Waluyo baru akhirnya diketahui hasilnya bahwa mas Epy kena tumor otak," paparnya.(ang)

Harga tiket pertandingan final Piala AFF 2010 antara Indonesia dan Malaysia di Gelora Bung Karno Jakarta, Rabu (29/12), meningkat tajam dibandingkan pertandingan semifinal bahkan menembus angka Rp1 juta per lembar.

Ketua Umum PSSI Nudir Halid di Jakarta, Senin, mengatakan peningkatan harga tiket cukup realistis. Meski demikian, peningkatkan dinilai masih wajar sesuai dengan kategori yang telah ditetapkan antara PSSI dengan panitia lokal (LOC).

"Peningkatan paling tinggi untuk kategori VVIP dari Rp500 ribu menjadi Rp1 juta. Jumlah tiket yang disediakanpun tidak banyak," katanya usai melakukan pembahasan dengan pihak LOC.

Menurut dia, pada pertandingan final nanti tiket yang dicetak juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada pertandingan semifinal tiket yang dijual hanya 71 ribu, namun khusus untuk final naik menjadi 77 ribu.

Kenaikan harga tiket merata disemua katagori yang ditetapkan oleh LOC. Tiket tribun yang sejak babak penyisihan hanya dijual Rp50 ribu, pada pertandingan final dinaikkan 50 persen yaitu menjadi Rp75 ribu.

Untuk kategori II dari harga sebelumnya Rp100 ribu naik menjadi Rp150 ribu, sedangkan kategori I dari Rp150 ribu naik menjadi Rp200 ribu. "Untuk VIP Timur naik dari Rp250 ribu menjadi Rp350 ribu dan VIP Barat dari Rp350 ribu naik menjadi Rp500 ribu. Rinciannya baru akan ditentukan besok, Selasa (21/12)," kata Ketua LOC Piala AFF, Joko Driyono.

Menurut dia, pada pertandingan final nanti, mekanisme penjualan tiket akan menggunakan dua saluran yaitu melalui online dan manual atau datang langsung lokasi penjualan di areal Gelora Bung Karno.

Untuk penjualan online, kata dia, masih belum ditentukan. Meski demikian, ada satu dari dua kemungkinan yang akan ditunjuk yaitu www.myticket.com dan www.rajakarcis.com. Dan untuk penjualan manual dilakukan di 20 loket tiket di Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta.

"Pembelian nantinya akan dibatasi. Setiap pembeli maksimal hanya bisa beli lima tiket. Dan untuk suporter maksimal 10 ribu lembar. Penjualan voucher dimulai 23-27 Desember," kata pria yang juga CEO PT Liga Indonesia itu.

Berdasarkan berita yang dikutip dari detiknews, mahluk yang diyakini sebagai hantu gentayangan tersebut tertangkap di rumah Agus, warga setempat, Minggu (28/11/2010) dini hari tadi. Tidak mudah menangkapnya, konon Agus sengaja mendatangkan paranormal untuk bisa menangkap hantu tersebut.

Kini sosok makhluk halus itu dimasukkan dalam botol bening, ukuran hantu itu sangat kecil dan sekilas hanya tampak seperti foto setengah badan, warnanya juga putih dan bisa tertangkap kamera detiksurabaya.com.

Paranormal yang disebut-sebut berhasil menangkap hantu itu menjelaskan, jika
penangkapan makhluk tersebut dilakukannya dengan cara mengadakan ritual. "Ini lihat sendiri hantunya," ujar paranormal yang enggan menyebutkan identitasnya itu.

Butuh waktu empat jam untuk bisa memangkap makhluk halus tersebut. Orang pintar itu juga mengungkapkan jika hantu tersebut bersarang di garasi samping rumah Agus,dan berada di dalam lubang.

Agus membeberkan, penangkapan hantu itu berawal dari keterangan Rangga (24), anaknya. Rangga menerangkan kepada ayahnya jika dirinya jika kerap kali diganggu makhluk halus. "Ya kadang saya ditindih waktu tidur, kadang juga mengeluarkan suara aneh," ujar Rangga saat ditemui detiksurabaya.com di rumahnya.

Entah kenapa Agus kemudian percaya dengan omongan anaknya itu, hingga akhirnya dia berinisiatif mencari paranormal untuk mengusir hantu tersebut. "Awalnya saya tidak percaya saja, wong gak pernah mengganggu saya kok, tetapi kenyataannya hantunya berhasil ditangkap," ujar Agus.

Pria itu mengaku baru dua bulan menempati rumah tersebut. Selama itu dirinya tidak merasakan hal aneh di rumahnya. "Ya karena sering dapat laporan dari anak saya, kemudian saya kok khawatir dan ingin membuktikan ucapan anak saya," ujarnya lagi. Kini Agus merasa lega karena rumahnya diyakini sudah bebas dari makhluk halus.

Harga Saham PT Borneo Lumbung Energi - PT Borneo Lumbung Energi bakal melepas 25% sahamnya dalam Initial Public Offering (IPO) di akhir semester II-2010. Target dana IPO diperkirakan antara Rp 2-3 triliun, hebatnya harga saham PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk pada perdagagan perdana hari ini melesat ke harga Rp1.370 dibandingkan dengan harga penawarannya Rp1.170 atau sebesar 27,4% sungguh pergerakan saham cukup menggembirakan.

Menurut Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Eddy Sugito permohonan pencatatan saham dari Borneo telah disampaikan pada akhir minggu lalu. Sesuai dokumen disebutkan, jumlah saham yang bakal perseroan lepas mencapai 25%.

"Sekitar minggu lalu sudah kami terima dokumennya," ungkap Eddy di kantornya, SCBD Jakarta, Senin (30/8/2010).

Selanjutnya Borneo Lumbung Energi akan melaksanakan mini expose di hadapan BEI untuk segera pre-aprroval. Perseroan pun diperkirakan akan melantai di bursa pada akhir November 2010.

"Jumlah saham yang dilepas dari Borneo Lumbung Energi, 25%," tambahnya.

Eddy pun sebelumnya mengatakan perkiraan target dana hasil IPO PT Borneo Lumbung Energy sebesar Rp 2-3 triliun.

Selaku penjamin emisi atas IPO perseroan, adalah CIMB Securities. Namun kabarnya, ada sekuritas asing juga yang ikut nimbrung di IPO Borneo, yakni Credit Suisse dan Morgan Stanley.

Direktur Utama Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengatakan saham Borneo Lumbung Energi akan dicatatkan di papan pengembangan.

"Memang persyaratannya baru memenuhi untuk dicatat di papan pengembangan," ujarnya saat memberi sambutan Pencatatan Perdana Sahan Borneo Lumbung Energi dan Metal, hari ini.

Komisaris Utama BORN Sjamsir Siregar menuturkan nilai kapitalisasi pasar Borneo terbesar kedua setelah PT Indofood ICBP Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Saham Borneo Lumbung Energi akan diperdagangkan dengan kode BORN. Aksi korporasi perseroan ini meningkatkan nilai kapitalisasi pasar BEI hingga sebesar Rp3.208,63 triliun.

Biodata Profil Johanes Abraham Dimara - Tokoh nasional Johannes Abraham Dimara resmi mendapat gelar Pahlawan Nasional dari pemerintah, berikut Biodata Profil Johanes Abraham Dimara sebagai tokoh nasional dalam membebaskan Irian Barat dari penjajahan Belanda.

Johanes Abraham Dimara dilahirkan pada 16 April 1916 di Korem, Biak Utara, Provinsi Papua. Dimara menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar pada 1930 di Ambon. Ia kemudian melanjutkan studinya ke sekolah pertanian di Laha. pada 1935-1940, Dimara menempuh pendidikan sekolah injil. Ketika lulus, Dimara membaktikan dirinya sebagai guru Injil di Leksuka, Pulau Buru.

Riwayat perjuangannya dimulai ketika dirinya bersama sejumlah pemuda, pada 8 April 1946 melakukan aksi pengibaran bendera Merah Putih dan melucuti pasukan polisi di Namela. Pada tahun 1951, Dimara diangkat menjadi Ketua Organisasi Pembebasan Irian (OPI) yang berkedudukan di Ambon. Di samping itu, Dimara juga direkrut menjadi anggota TNI dengan pangkat letnan dua.

Pada pertengahan Oktober 1954, bersama 40 anggota pasukannya, Dimara melakukan infiltrasi ke Irian Barat. Tujuannya adalah membangkitkan perlawanan penduduk terhadap Belanda. Rencana ini terendus Belanda. Terjadilah pertempuran antara OPI dan Belanda. Tak imbang, 11 angggota pasukan tewas. Dimara beserta pasukannya dipenjara hingga 1961.

Setelah bebas, Dimara kembali berjuang. Pada 1961, dia ditunjuk sebagai salah seorang anggota delegasi RI ke PBB untuk membicarakan masalah Irian Barat.

Sekembalinya, Dimara diangkat menjadi Ketua Gerakan Rakyat Irian Barat. Ketika pemerintah mengalami kebuntuan dalam penyelesaian sengketa Irian Barat di jalur diplomasi, Presiden Soekarno pada 1961 mengumumkan Tri Komando Rakyat atau Trikora. Dimara pun turut menyerukan masyarakat Irian Barat untuk menggalang kekuatan dan mendukung Trikora.

Dimara kembali menjadi anggota delegasi ketika pemerintah Indonesia melakukan konfrontasi militer untuk mendorong PBB kembali membicarakan masalah Irian Barat. Pada 15 Agustus 1962, tercapai persetujuan New York Agreement yang mengakhiri konfrontasi militer. Dimara meninggal di Jakarta pada 20 Oktober 2000. Ia mendapat beberapa tanda penghargaan dari pemerintah, antara lain, Satyalancana Perang Kemerdekaan Kesatu dan Satyalancana Bhakti.

Zona Aman Merapi - Berhati-hatilah jangan terlalu mendekat terhadap gunung merapi, karena zona aman merapi masih dalam jarak 20 KM, hat tersebut diungkapkan langsung oleh Ketua Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana menegaskan saat ini tidak ada rencana memperluas zona bahaya yang sudah ditetapkan oleh badan vulkanologi yaitu radius 20 kilometer dari puncak Gunung Merapi, tentu hendaknya warga mentaati larangan untuk menjauh dari zona bahaya ( kurang 20 km) karena ada kemungkinan meletus kembali.

"Saat ini banyak juga yang memberikan pernyataan-pernyataan spekulatif mengenai hal ini, namun saya tegaskan bahwa tidak ada rencana untuk memperluas kawasan 20 kilometer ini," tegas Syamsul Ma'arif.

Ma'arif juga menegaskan pihak pemerintah akan bertindak tegas untuk melarang masyarakat melampui daerah aman yang sudah ditetapkan untuk memastikan tidak ada yang menjadi korban tewas akibat terbakar lahar panas ataupun abu panas.

Sejak Gunung Merapi menunjukkan kegiatannya minggu lalu, badan pusat vulkanologi menetapkan zona aman sekitar 10 kilometer dari puncak Gunung Merapi, kemudian diperluas menjadi 15 kilometer dan akhirnya diperluas menjadi 20 kilometer ketika terjadi letusan terbaru pada tanggal 4 November.

Perluasan zona aman ini juga berakibat pada ribuan pengungsi dari dusun-dusun yang berada di kaki Gunung Merapi karena mereka juga harus dipindahkan beberapa kali menjauhi Gunung Merapi, tanpa kepastian berapa lama mereka harus berada di tempat pengungsian.

Salah seorang dari mereka adalah Jumiwati yang berbicara dengan BBC Indonesia.

"Pertama saya mengungsi di Manisrenggo, baru nginap satu malam pindah lagi ke Taskombang karena ada letusan lagi, terus karena radiusnya diperluas saya sekarang di Piyungan," kata Ibu Jumiwati.

Sekarang Jumiwati mengungsi bersama 60 lebih warga lainnya di salah satu masjid di Piyungan, Kecamatan Prambanan, Kabupaten Sleman.

Menanggapi keluhan warga, Ketua BNPB Syamsul Ma'arif mengatakan pihak pemerintah tentu memaklumi bahwa pengungsi merasa trauma dengan ketidakpastian ini, namun dia menjamin bahwa keperluan dasar para pengungsi itu bisa terpenuhi selama pengungsian.

"Kita bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dasar para pengungsi namun memang ada masalah dalam soal waktu penyampaiannya di tangan para pengungsi karena ada pergeseran tempat dan kita tahu kepanikan selalu terjadi apalagi menyangkut orang banyak ," jelas Ma'arif.

Perluasan zona untungkan pengungsi

Ketua Badan Nasional Penanggulan Bencana juga mengatakan perluasan zona rawan bahaya itu justru berdampak positif pada penanggulangan pengungsi.

"Untungnya setelah kita semakin mundur, itu semakin tersedia tempat-tempat publik yang justru bisa menampung mereka dengan baik," kata Syamsul Ma'arif.

Ma'arif mencontohkan lapangan olahraga di Mangkunharjo yang bisa menampung 30.000 pengungsi walaupun saat ini jumlah pengungsi yang menempati lapangan ini hanya sekitar 15 hingga 20.000 jiwa.

"Disana sanitasi dan air bersih sebenarnya mencukupi, tetapi dengan banyaknya orang, ada yang tidak sabar mengantri. Tapi sejak tadi malam sudah kami tambah sanitasi rakitan, air bersih dan dapur umum," tambah dia.

"Jadi semakin ke belakang mendekati perkotaan, itu semakin banyak tempat-tempat atau kantor yang bisa digunakan pengungsi. Beda sekali dengan waktu mereka mengungsi pertama kali di daerah pedesaan, itu sulit sekali mencari tempat-tempat yang berskala besar seperti itu."

Selama beberapa hari kedepan fokus BNPB tetap memenuhi kebutuhan dasar para pengungsi.

Namun selain itu, BNPB menurut ketuanya, sudah memutuskan meminta bantuan dari pihak-pihak yang bisa memberikan bantuan konseling untuk para pengungsi yang saat ini mengalami trauma akibat bencana alam ini.

Yogya siap

Wakil Walikota Kotamadya Yogyakarta Haryadi Suyuti mengatakan kepada BBC Indonesia bahwa pihaknya siap menampung luapan pengungsi bencana Merapi.

''Kami sudah mempersiapkan beberapa titik penampungan utuk mereka,'' kata Haryadi.

Pemerintah kota sendiri sedang sibuk dengan mempersiapkan kota dari banjir kiriman lahar dingin yang bisa sewaktu-waktu menyerbu sungai yang mengalir kota itu.

''Disamping menyiapkan warga untuk waspada kami juga sudah sistem peringatan dini,'' tambah Haryadi.

Merapi 5 November 2010, Korban Merapi Update - 5 November 2010 Berita terbaru dari Gunung Merapi yang kembali memuntahkan awan panas (wedus gembel) yang menyebabkan sedikitnya 12 orang meninggal dan 50 lainnya cedera saat Gunung Merapi kembali meletus sepanjang malam hingga Jumat pagi, update korban merapi telah merenggut nyawa 56 orang sejak 26 Oktober lalu, jumlah pengungsi pun bertambah banyak dengan terjadinya letusan susulan.

Kantor berita Associated Press (AP) melaporkan, jelang tengah malam, Merapi memuntahkan awan panas, disertai hujan abu dan bebatuan. Dikenal para pakar sebagai gejala pyroclastic, awan panas yang populer dengan sebutan wedhus gembel itu melaju dengan kecepatan 100 km/jam.

Maka, sepanjang malam, puluhan ribu orang yang masih berada di lereng gunung langsung mengungsi ke tempat-tempat evakuasi. Banyak wajah pengungsi sudah tertutup abu. Tercatat lebih dari 75.000 warga yang tinggal di lereng Merapi telah diungsikan, sebagian dari mereka harus dengan cara paksa karena tidak rela meninggalkan ternak dan rumah mereka.

Waluyo Raharjo, seorang petugas tim SAR, mengungkapkan, mereka mendapati sedikitnya 12 orang sudah tidak bernyawa dari rumah-rumah yang terbakar akibat awan panas. TNI pun dikerahkan untuk memperlancar evakuasi.

Masih belum dipastikan berapa banyak warga Desa Bronggang yang masih berada di rumah mereka. Desa itu berjarak 15 km dari kawah gunung.

Subandrio, pakar vulkanologi, mengungkapkan bahwa zona berbahaya Gunung Merapi kini telah diperluas lima kilometer sejak Jumat dini hari. Maka, penduduk yang masih tinggal di desa-desa maupun pos-pos darurat pengungsian yang masih dalam radius 20 km dari kawah gunung harus mengungsi.

Rencananya, pembukaan hajatan itu dilakukan pukul 09.00 WIB oleh Wakil Menteri Perindustrian Alex S.W Retraubun, para pengunjung yang datang dengan membeli tiket JMCS 2010 juga berkesempatan mendapatkan grand prize berupa lima unit sepeda motor masing-masing dari Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, TVS Motor dan Yamaha. Harga tiket dibanderol Rp 5.000 untuk hari Rabu-Jumat dan Rp15.000 untuk hari Sabtu-Minggu.

"Untuk pak wakil menteri masih tentatif tetapi untuk peserta semua Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) sepeda motor yang telah mendaftar sudah konfirmasi ikut gelaran ini," tutur Diah Putri Wulandari, Public Relation Dyandra Promosindo, panitia penyelenggara hajatan tersebut saat ditemui Tempo di Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Selasa (2/11)

Total ada tujuh ATPM yang mengikuti hajatan tersebut. Lima diantaranya adalah anggota Asosiasi Industri Sepeda Motor Indonesia (AISI), dan dua dua lainnya non-AISI. Tercatat Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, TVS Motor, Yamaha, Bajaj, serta Piaggio.

"ATPM juga sudah memastikan beberapa model baik yang sudah diproduksi maupun konsep yang akan dipajang di JMCS 2010 ini. Seperti yang kami umumkan beberapa waktu lalu, baik jumlah maupun jenisnya tidak berubah," terang Diah.

Hanya, hingga petang tadi persiapan di arena ternyata belum 100 persen rampung. Bahkan, hingga pukul 15.00 WIB persiapan di arena masih dibawah 50 persen.

Dari pengamatan Tempo di lobby utama dan Assembly Hall, JCC, tempat berlangsungnya acara itu, belum satu pun booth peserta telah berdiri utuh. Bahkan, tak sedikit pekerja yang baru memasang tiang.

Seorang koordinator pekerja yang enggan disebut namanya mengatakan, semua pekerjaannya diharapkan rampung pada pukul 00.00 WIB. "Bahkan lebih bagus kalau dibawah jam itu. Tapi malam ini sudah kelar," aku dia.

Hal senada juga diungkapkan Freddyanto Basuki, Manajer Penjualan dan Pemasaran PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia yang mengikuti gelaran tersebut. "Memang saat ini belum kelar, tetapi percaya saja, pekerjaan akan dikebut dan malam ini rampung," ujar dia.

Gelaran yang berlangsung 3-7 November itu tak hanya memamerkan sejumlah motor anyar dan memperkenalkan motor konsep saja. Penyelenggara juga menyiapkan beragam acara, diantaranya Safety Riding Course, Test Ride, dan Donor Darah.

Humas Forum Komunikasi Masyarakat Lokalisasi Surabaya yang juga mucikari Dolly, Mario, menolak rencana pemasangan kamera pengintai Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) di sejumlah titik di lokalisasi terbesar di Indonesia tersebut.

“Kegiatan di Dolly adalah privasi. Dolly bukan berada di jalan protokol yang harus dipasang CCTV, tapi ini perkampungan,” ujar Mario, mantan pengelola Wisma Dollywood ini, Senin (25/10).

Jika pemasangan CCTV dilakukan, Mario khawatir Dolly akan sepi karena para tamu bisa ketahuan. Namun, dia mengingatkan kemungkinan sebaliknya bisa juga terjadi. Kemungkinan itu para tamu tetap mem-booking PSK Dolly, namun ‘mainnya’ di luar. Bisa di hotel atau tempat lain, sehingga rencana pemerintah mengurangi praktik prostitusi bisa saja tidak berhasil, malahan praktiknya menyebar di luar lokalisasi.

Mario mengatakan, jumlah pengunjung di Dolly sebanyak 500-600 orang per malam. Ia menambahkan, kegiatan di Dolly selama ini telah mampu menghidupi ekonomi warga setempat. “Delapan puluh persen ekonomi warga setempat tergantung dengan aktivitas di Gang Dolly,” lanjut Mario.

Pasalnya, komponen pendukung bisnis seks ini juga sangat banyak, sehingga kemudian dimanfaatkan dan menjadi sumber penghidupan bagi masyarakat sekitar lokalisasi Dolly. Misalnya, juru parkir, tukang becak, sopir taksi, pramuwisma (makelar), linmas, PKL, tukang cuci, pitrad (pijat), purel, artis, musisi, MC, dan masih banyak lagi. Di belakang, mereka ada istri dan anak-anaknya yang butuh makan, uang sekolah, dan lain-lain. Artinya, mereka butuh pekerjaan lain bila Dolly dilibas dari sejarah hitam kota ini.

Mario mengatakan, Pemkot Surabaya memang menyebut tidak menutup Dolly, namun dengan memasang CCTV sama saja mematikan Dolly. Padahal, lanjut dia, selama ini Pemkot telah melarang pekerja seks komersial (PSK) pendatang ataupun mucikari baru. “Kami pasti menolak pemasangan CCTV,” ujar dia.

Perlu diketahui yang dimaksud dengan Gang Dolly adalah Jalan Kupang Gunung Timur Gang I Surabaya. Jalan sepanjang kurang dari 500 meter itu terdapat sebanyak 36 wisma (rumah) dan mampu menampung sekitar 500 orang wanita yang berprofesi sebagai PSK. Selain di Gang Dolly, lokalisasi Dolly Surabaya juga melebar hingga ke kawasan Jalan Putat Jaya C Timur dan Jalan Jarak Surabaya. Namun, jika dilihat dari teritorial, seluruh wilayah lokalisasi Dolly itu masuk wilayah Kelurahan Putat Jaya, Surabaya. Jika ketiga lokasi itu digabung maka jumlah PSK-nya pada tahun ini mencapai 1.200-an orang. Pada 2009 malah tercatat ada lebih 1.300 PSK.

Pada awal 1960-an, daerah yang kini disebut Dolly adalah kawasan pemakaman China di pinggiran kota Surabaya yang kala itu sepi. Pada 1967, mantan pelacur berdarah Jawa-Filipina bernama Dolly Khavit mendirikan rumah pelacuran di kawasan Jl Dukuh Kupang Timur I, Surabaya tersebut.

Lantaran dianggap perintis, Dolly kemudian diabadikan sebagai nama kawasan itu. Dari hanya segelintir wisma, pada 1980-an Dolly berkembang menjadi kawasan pelacuran yang ramai.
Pada November 2007 mulai muncul wacana Dolly akan dipindah ke ujung Surabaya Barat, yaitu Romo Kalisari, atau ke Keputih, Surabaya Timur. Bahkan, ada usulan dipindah ke Pulau Sapeken —pulau terpencil di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura.

Lalu Januari 2008, muncul kesepakatan Komisi A DPRD dan Pemkot Surabaya untuk menutup Dolly. Diberi waktu tiga tahun (hingga 2011) untuk tahapan penutupan, yang dimulai dengan studi kelayakan.

Pada 30 Maret 2010, Wagub Jatim Saifulah Yusuf yang telah mendapat persetujuan Gubernur Soekarwo mengusulkan ke Wali Kota Surabaya kala itu, Bambang DH, agar Dolly segera ditutup. Dan pada Senin (25/10), muncul lontaran dari Saifulah Yusuf agar wisma-wisma di Dolly dipasang CCTV.

Keresahan pemerintah jika Dolly tidak segera ditutup, terutama karena terus meningkatkan penyakit HIV/AIDS. Data di Dinas Kesehatan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, menyebutkan, jumlah PSK yang terkena HIV/AIDS terus meningkat tiap tahun. Pada tahun 2006 hanya sekitar 65 orang. Tapi, pada tahun 2007 meningkat menjadi 160 orang. Pada tahun 2008 bertambah menjadi 232 orang dan akhir 2009 meningkat lagi menjadi 278 orang.

Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Putat Jaya, Kecamatan Sawahan, dari jumlah PSK lokalisasi Dolly mencapai 1.200 orang, sekitar 76 persen di antaranya menderita penyakit seks menular, seperti gonore, sifilis, herpes, hingga HIV/AIDS. Yang mengerikan, untuk tahun 2010 ini saja sudah ditemukan 16 PSK baru yang mengidap virus mematikan ini.

Dengan demikian, total PSK lokalisasi Dolly yang terinfeksi virus HIV/AIDS tahun 2010 ini sebanyak 62 orang. Ini artinya, Dolly ibarat lembah maut, sebab para PSK itu bisa jadi menularkan pada pria hidung belang yang setiap hari mendatangi mereka. Pasar modal (capital market) merupakan pasar untuk berbagai instrumen keuangan jangka panjang yang bisa diperjualbelikan, baik surat utang (obligasi), ekuiti (saham), reksa dana, instrumen derivatif maupun instrumen lainnya. Pasar modal merupakan sarana pendanaan bagi perusahaan maupun institusi lain (misalnya pemerintah), dan sebagai sarana bagi kegiatan berinvestasi. Dengan demikian, pasar modal memfasilitasi berbagai sarana dan prasarana kegiatan jual beli dan kegiatan terkait lainnya.

Instrumen keuangan yang diperdagangkan di pasar modal merupakan instrumen jangka panjang (jangka waktu lebih dari 1 tahun) seperti saham, obligasi, waran, right, reksa dana, dan berbagai instrumen derivatif seperti option, futures, dan lain-lain.

Undang-Undang Pasar Modal No. 8 tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal mendefinisikan pasar modal sebagai “kegiatan yang bersangkutan dengan Penawaran Umum dan perdagangan Efek, Perusahaan Publik yang berkaitan dengan Efek yang diterbitkannya, serta lembaga dan profesi yang berkaitan dengan Efek”.

Pasar Modal memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian suatu negara karena pasar modal menjalankan dua fungsi, yaitu pertama sebagai sarana bagi pendanaan usaha atau sebagai sarana bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan dana dari masyarakat pemodal (investor). Dana yang diperoleh dari pasar modal dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha, ekspansi, penambahan modal kerja dan lain-lain, kedua pasar modal menjadi sarana bagi masyarakat untuk berinvestasi pada instrument keuangan seperti saham, obligasi, reksa dana, dan lain-lain. Dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat menempatkan dana yang dimilikinya sesuai dengan karakteristik keuntungan dan risiko masing-masing instrument.

Berita terbaru dari griya informasi tentang event Jakarta Blues Festival yang digelar hari ini tanggal 15 - 16 Oktober akan menampilkan 40 musisi kondang luar dan dalam negeri, harga tiket Jakarta Blues Festival antara Rp. 100.000 sampai dengan Rp. 200.000, tidak terlalu mahal dibandingkan dengan apa yang akan disuguhkan oleh musisi top musik blues dunia. Rencananya ada 40 musisi yang akan ikut mensukseskan event ini.

40 musisi yang akan tampil di antaranya ada Ina Blues Band, Candil-Abdee 'Slank' & Friends, Andre Harihandoyo & Sonic People, John Paul Ivan (mantan gitaris Boomerang) dan The Jakarta Blues Brothers Band. Lagu SBY, Video Hitler Marah Karena Lagu SBY Muncul Duluan - Berita terbaru dari Istana Negara, munculnya lagu SBY (Susilo Bambang Yudoyono) dalam acara-acara resmi kenegaraan maupun test PNS mengundang kritikan sejumlah tokoh masyarakat bahkan HITLER pun mengkritik lagu SBY.

Bahkan bukan itu saja dalam test CPNS muncul pertanyaan tentang lagu-lagu SBY, peserta kebingungan mana ku tahu itu lagu SBY, albumnya pun tak masuk jajaran top ten musik Indonesia, mereka pada geleng-geleng kepala.

Melihat fakta ini Koordinator Gerakan Indonesia Bersih (GIB) Adhie Massardi tidak menampik seperti adanya upaya pengkultusan Presiden SBY lewat munculnya pertanyaan lagu ciptaan presiden dalam tes CPNS Kementrian Perdagangan (Kemendag).

"Ya bisa seperti itu, kenapa ingin dikultuskan karena mencoba mempertahankan kekuasan yang sebenarnya tinggal puing-puing," ujar dia, Rabu (13/10/2010) malam.

Sebelumnya, pakar komunikasi politik Effendy Ghazali menilai munculnya pertanyaan lagu ciptaan SBY dalam tes CPNS wujud pengultusan individu seperti era Orde Baru. "Ini upaya untuk pengkultusan. Dalam komunikasi politik ini kultus individu. Berbahaya karena tidak bisa bertepuk sebelah tangan," tuturnya di Jakarta.

Sebaliknya, lanjut Adhie, patut disayangkan karena untuk pengkultusan itu masyarakat lalu yang menjadi korban. Masyarakat dalam hal ini para peserta test CPNS diminta mengetahui sesuatu yang belum dikenalnya.

Seperti diberitakan, dalam tes CPNS Kementerian Perdagangan di Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (12/10/2010), di dalam soal tes ada satu pertanyaan berbunyi, "Mana lagu di bawah ini yang merupakan salah satu lagu dalam album ketiga Presiden SBY?" Pertanyaan terdapat di lembar soal berkode 11-01, di grup B antara nomor 30 sampai 40.
